Reprints for Print Defects
If a piece arrives with a print defect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or credit. Custom-printed orders can't be returned, so the reprint policy and how to report an issue are spelled out in our Terms.
