1. Acceptance of Terms

EDDM2GO.com ("the Site") is operated by Catdi, Inc., doing business as EDDM2GO ("EDDM2GO," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must agree to these terms before paying for an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We print marketing pieces for USPS Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) and offer two services:

• Print Only: we print your pieces and ship them to you. You prepare the mailing, take it to your Post Office, and pay USPS postage there. You are responsible for meeting USPS EDDM Retail® requirements, including the correct postage indicia, bundling, facing slips, the USPS mailing forms, and USPS limits on how many pieces you may mail at one Post Office per day.
• Full Service: we print your pieces, bundle them by carrier route, prepare the USPS paperwork, and deliver them to USPS for mailing to the routes you selected. USPS postage is included in your order total.

EDDM2GO (Catdi, Inc.) is an independent printer and mailer. We are not the United States Postal Service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS. EDDM®, Every Door Direct Mail® and USPS® are trademarks of the United States Postal Service. We may use trusted production and mailing partners to fulfill your order.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price you are charged is calculated by our system at checkout and shown before you pay; prices shown elsewhere on the Site are estimates and may change. If a price changes between the time you configure an order and checkout, we will show you the new price before you pay.

For Full Service orders, USPS postage is included in your price, and your price depends on the number of addresses on the carrier routes you select. Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on every order, on printing, mailing services, shipping and design services. USPS postage is not taxed. Shipping, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Payment is collected when you place your order, through Stripe (major credit and debit cards, or Link). We do not store your full card number. Every paid order is reviewed by a person before production begins. We may decline or cancel any order before production (for example, for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or artwork we cannot print), in which case we will refund the amount you paid.

4. EDDM Routes, Counts & Delivery

Carrier routes, address counts and neighborhood information shown in our route tool come from USPS and U.S. Census Bureau data. Counts and demographics are estimates and can change as USPS updates its routes. We print and mail to the counts for the routes on your order. Demographic information is provided to help you choose routes and is not a guarantee of who lives on a route or how they will respond.

Once your mailing is delivered to USPS, USPS controls when it reaches mailboxes. Mail dates and in-home dates are estimates. EDDM2GO is not responsible for USPS delays, misdelivery, USPS rejection of a mailing that does not meet USPS rules because of customer-supplied content, or delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Artwork, Proofs & File Requirements

You are responsible for the content, spelling, accuracy and legality of your artwork, and for making sure it meets our file specifications (see our File Setup Guide). Our automatic file check and any changes it suggests or makes (for example, adding bleed or placing the postage indicia) are provided to help you; you are responsible for reviewing the result.

We may ask you to approve a proof before your order prints. Your approval confirms the artwork, layout, spelling and content are correct, and we will print what you approve. EDDM2GO is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect color modes, missing bleed, or errors in approved artwork. Colors can vary slightly between screens and print.

By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content in your files, including images, logos and text, and that your mailing complies with applicable law and USPS rules. You agree to indemnify EDDM2GO against any claims arising from your uploaded content or your mailing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of EDDM2GO or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.

We do not claim ownership of artwork you upload. Your files are used to check, prepare and fulfill your order and are shared only with the partners who produce, ship or mail it.

7. Shipping (Print Only)

Production times do not include shipping transit. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination (see our Shipping Info page). Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a change or cancellation until your order is released to production. If we have not released it, we will cancel it and refund the amount you paid. After an order is released to production we will try to stop it, but we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled, and any costs already incurred may be deducted from a refund. Orders that have already been printed or mailed cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or credit. We do not offer refunds for:

• Errors in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork (typos, incorrect images, wrong dimensions)
• Color variations inherent to the printing process
• Orders that have already been mailed (EDDM Full Service)
• USPS delivery timing or results of a mailing
• Change of mind after production has begun

9. Promotions, Credits & Rewards

Promo codes, referral codes, account credits and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and apply only as described when they are offered. Unless stated otherwise, only one promo code may be used per order, and discounts do not apply to USPS postage. Referral codes are for the people you share them with and cannot be used on your own orders.

Welcome credit: one per customer and per email address. It is earned after you create an account and confirm your email address, and it is valid only on your first paid order. It is applied automatically at checkout: $25 off, or $50 off when the order is $500 or more, counted before tax and not counting USPS postage. It expires 60 days after it is earned.

Reward points: you earn 10 points for each whole $1 you pay on an order, on everything except USPS postage and sales tax, after any discount or credit. Points are earned when the order is released to print, not when you pay. Every 1,000 points can be redeemed from your account for a $10 credit that comes off the printing on a later order; one credit applies per order. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If an order is refunded or canceled, the points it earned are removed (on a partial refund, the refunded share).

Credits earned from an order may be removed if that order is canceled or refunded. We may change or end any promotion or rewards program at any time, and we may cancel credits or discounts obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts or misuse of these terms.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use. Orders placed as a guest are added to your account after you confirm the email address they were placed with. EDDM2GO is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a failure to keep your credentials secure.

11. Free Tools

Our route tool, targeting guide, free file checker, templates and other free tools are provided "as is" to help you plan and prepare your mailing. Their results are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees. Files you upload to the free file checker are used only to run the check and are kept for a limited time.

12. Communications

By placing an order you agree that we may email you about your order, including confirmations, artwork requests, proofs and status updates. If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about your order; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDDM2GO's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales or business opportunities, or the results of any mailing.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
