About EDDM Full Service

EDDM, Every Door Direct Mail, is the USPS program that delivers a printed piece to every address on the carrier routes you choose, without a mailing list and without printing names or addresses. Full Service is our EDDM mailing service, the version where the mailing is handled for you: we print, prepare the USPS paperwork and deliver the bundles to USPS, so your part is choosing the neighborhoods and approving the design.

What an EDDM mailing service does

An EDDM mailing is two jobs. One is printing a piece that meets the USPS size rules. The other is the mailing work: counting the pieces for each carrier route, banding them into bundles with a facing slip on top, filling in the postage statement and getting everything to the right Post Office. An EDDM mailing service does both, so you never stand at the counter with boxes of postcards. With EDDM2GO, that service is Full Service.

What you still do

Two things, and they matter most. You pick the routes, because you know where your customers live. And you approve the proof, because the words, prices and phone number on the card are yours. We check that every piece will mail; we don’t proofread every word. Everything after your approval is on us.

What is in the price

Your price covers printing in full color, bundling by carrier route, the USPS paperwork, delivery of the mailing to USPS and USPS postage, which shows as its own line. There are no setup, file review or handling fees. You see the itemized total before you pay, and it is locked when you do. Sales tax is added where it applies, and never on postage. The EDDM postage rates page shows how the postage line is worked out.

Why order online instead of asking for a quote

Most EDDM mailing services start with a quote form and a wait. Here you can pick routes on the route map, see how many homes and businesses each route reaches, and get the exact price right away, any time of day. A real person still reviews every order before it prints, so ordering online doesn’t mean nobody is watching.

Where we mail

We’re based in Houston and mail EDDM nationwide. Any ZIP code on the route map can go into a Full Service order. Full Service mails whole carrier routes, and USPS controls delivery timing once the mailing is in its hands.

EDDM Full Service questions

What is an EDDM mailing service?

It's someone doing the Every Door Direct Mail work that comes after your design. That means printing, bundling by carrier route, the USPS postage statement and facing slips, and getting the mailing to USPS. With our Full Service, postage is included and shown as its own line, and a person checks every order before it prints. You pick the routes and approve the proof.

What does Full Service include?

Printing, bundling by carrier route, the USPS paperwork (the postage statement and a facing slip on every bundle), and delivery of the mailing to USPS. USPS postage is included at the current EDDM rate. You choose the routes and approve the artwork.

Do I need a mailing list?

No. EDDM delivers to every address on the carrier routes you pick. Pieces are addressed to "Postal Customer", so there is no list to buy and no names to print.

How is postage charged?

Postage is included in your Full Service price and shown as its own line. The piece count comes from the routes you select, so the total is exact before you pay.

How do I choose the right routes?

Start from the ZIP codes your customers come from. The map shows each carrier route with its residential and business address counts, and you can mail residential addresses only or every address on the route.

When does my mailing go out?

You choose a mail date when you select routes. Production runs first; after a person on our team checks the order and you approve the proof, the mailing is delivered to USPS for that date. USPS handles delivery from there, so the day it reaches mailboxes is an estimate.

What happens after I pay?

Nothing prints straight away. A person on our team checks the routes, the artwork and the EDDM specs first, and you approve a proof. Only then is the order released to print.

Is there a minimum?

A mailing is at least one carrier route, and most routes hold a few hundred addresses or more. The map shows the count for every route before you pay.

How much does an EDDM mailing service cost?

It depends on the size, the stock and how many homes are on your routes. The live price at the top of this page and on each size covers printing, bundling, the USPS paperwork and postage. Pick your routes on the map to get the exact total for your neighborhoods before you pay.

Can I get a price without talking to anyone?

Yes. Pick your routes and size on the map and the itemized total appears right away, with no form to fill in first. If you'd rather talk it through, call (346) 306-EDDM (3336).

Do you mail EDDM outside Texas?

Yes. We're based in Houston and mail EDDM nationwide. Search any ZIP code on the route map to see its carrier routes and the price.
