Common questions

What does full service actually include?

Printing, bundling by carrier route, the USPS paperwork (PS Form 3587 and the facing slips on every bundle), and delivery to the post office that serves your routes. You choose routes and approve artwork; we do the rest.

Do I need a mailing list or addresses?

No. EDDM delivers to every address on the carrier routes you pick. Pieces are addressed to "Postal Customer" — USPS's own phrasing — so there is no list to buy and no addresses to print.

How is postage charged?

Postage passes through at the current USPS rate of $0.26 per piece — we do not mark it up. Print cost and the mailing service fee are shown in the configurator before you pay.

Is there a minimum quantity?

USPS requires at least 200 pieces per ZIP code per day for EDDM Retail, and most single carrier routes run 400–800 addresses. The route map shows the exact address count before you commit.
