EDDM postcards are the simplest way to reach every household on a mail route without buying a mailing list. We print to the USPS Every Door Direct Mail specification on 100 lb gloss cover or thick 16pt card stock. Choose Print Only to have the finished cards shipped to you, or Full Service to have us bundle them by carrier route and deliver the mailing to USPS for you.

- Both coated card stocks meet the USPS thickness minimum for EDDM flats; 16pt is the stiffer, premium feel.

- The coatings offered depend on the stock you pick. Matte takes pen and labels best; aqueous and UV add shine and scuff protection.

What is the difference between print-only and full service?
Print only means we print your postcards and ship them to you, and you take them to the Post Office yourself. Full service means you pick the routes on our map, and we also bundle by route, handle the USPS paperwork and deliver the mailing to USPS, so you never visit the Post Office.
What does full service actually include?
Printing, bundling by carrier route, the USPS paperwork (the postage statement and a facing slip on every bundle) and delivery of the mailing to USPS. You choose routes and approve artwork; we do the rest.
Why does the Full Service price depend on my routes?
USPS charges postage per piece and every carrier route has a different number of addresses. When you select routes on the map, the piece count is known exactly, and the printing, mailing and postage lines are priced for that count. The quantity on this page is only an estimate to show the range.
How is postage charged?
Postage for every piece is included and shown as its own line before you pay. Printing and the mailing service are priced separately in the configurator.
Do I need a mailing list or addresses?
No. EDDM delivers to every address on the carrier routes you pick. Pieces are addressed to "Postal Customer", the wording USPS uses, so there is no list to buy and no addresses to print.
Is there a minimum quantity?
A Full Service mailing is at least one carrier route, mailed in full. For Print Only, USPS EDDM Retail asks for at least 200 pieces per ZIP code per day at the Post Office. Carrier routes vary from a few hundred addresses to over a thousand, and the route map shows the exact count before you commit.
What file format should I send?
A press-ready PDF is best, with 0.125 inch bleed on every edge and important content kept 1/8 inch (0.125 inch) inside the trim.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a press-ready file check, and you approve a proof before anything prints or mails.
When does my mailing go out?
You pick the mail date when you select routes. Production runs first; the mailing is delivered to USPS for that date.
