EDDM Postcards — Print Only

Print-only EDDM postcards are for owners who want to run the USPS side themselves: we print on heavy card stock, bundle and band the pieces to USPS spec, and ship the finished mailing to your door, ready for drop-off.

Common questions

What exactly arrives at my door?

Your finished postcards, printed with the EDDM indicia (no stamps needed), bundled in USPS-spec stacks. You add the facing slips and postage statement — templates are free on usps.com — and take them to the post office that serves your routes.

What do I still have to do myself?

Three things: complete PS Form 3587, attach a facing slip to each bundle, and drop the mailing at the post office serving your selected routes. You pay USPS the postage — $0.26 per piece at the current rate — at drop-off.

Are there volume limits I should know about?

EDDM Retail allows 200 to 5,000 pieces per ZIP code per day. Larger campaigns split across days or ZIP codes, or move to a permit-based mailing — call us at (346) 306-EDDM and we will map it out.

Why choose print only over full service?

Cost, mostly. You skip the mailing service fee and pay postage directly to USPS. The tradeoff is your time: the paperwork and drop-off are straightforward but real work, especially across multiple ZIP codes.
