Ordering
- How do I place an order?
- Browse our product catalog, configure your options, upload your print-ready files, and check out online. We begin production on the next business day.
- Do I need an account to order?
- No account is required. You'll provide an email at checkout for order confirmation and shipping updates. Creating a free account lets you track production, reorder past jobs, and store addresses.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.
- Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
- Please contact us within one hour of placing your order. After production begins, changes may not be possible and reprints will be charged at the full rate.
File Setup
- What file formats do you accept?
- We prefer print-ready PDF files with embedded fonts and high-resolution images. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files.
- What resolution should my file be?
- All images and artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Web images at 72–96 DPI will appear pixelated when printed.
- Do I need to include bleed?
- Yes — include 0.125" (1/8") of bleed on all four sides for designs that extend to the edge of the finished piece.
- Should I use CMYK or RGB color mode?
- All files should be in CMYK color mode. RGB files are converted during preflight, which can cause unexpected color shifts.
Turnaround & Shipping
- How long does production take?
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from when your approved file enters production. Rush options (1–2 business days) are available at an additional charge.
- What shipping options are available?
- We ship via UPS and FedEx — Ground, 2-Day Air, and Overnight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Quality & Proofs
- What is your satisfaction guarantee?
- If your order contains a manufacturing defect caused by our production process, we will reprint your order at no charge. Contact us within 10 business days of delivery with photos.
- Can I get a sample pack of paper stocks?
- Yes — contact our team at samples@eddm2go.com with your shipping address and we'll send a free sample pack within 1–2 business days.
Direct Mail
- What is EDDM and how does it work?
- Every Door Direct Mail is a USPS program that lets you mail to every address on a carrier route without a mailing list. Select your routes, we print and prepare your mailers, and USPS delivers them to every door.
- How much does EDDM cost?
- EDDM pricing has three components: print, USPS postage, and our full-service mailing fee. Use our EDDM Quote tool for an instant total based on your selected routes and design size.
