Common questions
Is the print-only sell sheet the same product as the full-service one?
Identical print: same 16 pt stock, same five letter-class sizes. The difference is who deals with USPS — on print-only, the bundles ship to you and the paperwork and drop-off are yours.
What USPS rules apply to my drop-off?
The EDDM Retail rules: pieces addressed to "Postal Customer," bundles with facing slips, PS Form 3587, 200-piece minimum per ZIP per day, and drop-off at the post office that serves your chosen routes.
Does heavier stock change the postage?
Not at these sizes. EDDM flats are one rate — $0.26 per piece at the current published rate — up to USPS's 3.3 oz ceiling, and a 16 pt sheet is comfortably under it.
How should I weigh sell sheets against flyers for print-only?
Flyers cost less per piece; sell sheets land with more authority. If the piece carries a premium offer or a portfolio, the 16 pt stock usually earns its cost. If it is a price-driven circular, print the flyer.
