Printed flat at 11" × 17" and folded to 8.5 × 11 in, it gives you several panels: a cover that sells the offer and inside panels for detail such as a service list, menu or program schedule. A warm invitation headline, the event date and time, and your address. Service times, a map and a QR code for registration or giving fit on the back.

- Keep your phone number, offer and logo inside the 10.75 × 16.75 in safe area
- Printed flat at 11 × 17 and folded to 8.5 × 11 for mailing, it qualifies by its 8.5-inch folded height, well over the 6.125-inch rule.
