Why 6" × 12" EDDM works for churches & nonprofits

EDDM is an affordable way for nonprofits and faith communities to reach a whole neighborhood. There is no list to buy, so you can invite every household in your community to events, services, and outreach programs on a budget that fits.

Churches & Nonprofits campaign ideas for this mailer

• Holiday outreach

Mail every household near your facility about two weeks before Easter or Christmas services. 'You are invited.' Simple and warm.

• Summer program

A June mailer announcing vacation Bible school or summer youth programs, sent to family-heavy routes, with a QR code to registration.

• Annual giving

A fall fundraising mailer to your community. Tell a story, show impact, and make giving easy with a QR code to your online giving page.

Laying out a churches & nonprofits mailer at 6" × 12"

At 6" × 12" there is room for a headline offer on the front and supporting detail (services, hours, a map or a QR code) on the back. A warm invitation headline, the event date and time, and your address. Service times, a map and a QR code for registration or giving fit on the back.

• Artboard with bleed: 6.25 × 12.25 in; trim: 6 × 12 in
• Keep your phone number, offer and logo inside the 5.75 × 11.75 in safe area
• Its 12-inch length clears the 10.5-inch rule, even though the 6-inch height does not, so length is the qualifying dimension.
