Why 6" × 12" EDDM works for landscaping & lawn care

Landscaping is a route-density business: the tighter your stops, the more productive each crew day. EDDM lets you mail the neighborhoods next to your existing customers, adding stops on the routes you already drive. Time campaigns to the spring thaw or fall cleanup.

Landscaping & Lawn Care campaign ideas for this mailer

• Spring thaw sign-ups

Mail four to six weeks before grass starts growing in your region, with an early sign-up package. Homeowners making lawn decisions in February and March are your best prospects.

• Route density expansion

Use the route map to find carrier routes next to streets where you already have customers, and mail those routes to add nearby stops and cut crew drive time.

• Fall cleanup push

A late-September mailer for leaf removal, aeration, and winterization. Bundle a fall-and-spring offer to keep clients through both seasons.

Laying out a landscaping mailer at 6" × 12"

At 6" × 12" there is room for a headline offer on the front and supporting detail (services, hours, a map or a QR code) on the back. Show a before-and-after lawn photo and a seasonal package in one line. Put the service list and a QR code for booking on the back.

• Artboard with bleed: 6.25 × 12.25 in; trim: 6 × 12 in
• Keep your phone number, offer and logo inside the 5.75 × 11.75 in safe area
• Its 12-inch length clears the 10.5-inch rule, even though the 6-inch height does not, so length is the qualifying dimension.
